EXPERIENCE

Sandra has 20 plus years experience in coaching for clients on their home interiors.  This experience lead to her passion of coaching people on their human interior.  Along the way, she has approached both areas of coaching with a holistic overview towards fulfillment and  satisfaction.  

Sandra has coached millennials, seniors, young teens, the bereaved and families.  Reiki has been a platform for assisting in health issues, emotional and physical blocks, and past traumas. Melding the practice of Reiki and Coaching have brought forth awareness, change and forward movement in her clients’ lives.

Along with Sandra’s passion for personal growth, she has a love for spending time with family and friends and hiking in her hometown of Sedona, AZ. Spending time outdoors, working out, decorative painting and anything creative keeps Sandra busy in her personal life.  A love of life and a practice of daily gratitude take the lead on a daily basis.
