Experience
Katrina has over twenty years of experience in the corporate, public, and private sectors leading departments of 100+ to reach organizational, financial, and operational goals. Using coaching and servant leadership strategies, Katrina has served in various leadership roles in higher education, K-12 education, real estate investment, and public accounting organizations.

Katrina lives in Ellicott City, Maryland, dreams of living on the ocean, and enjoys traveling and sharing life with her husband, David, and their two daughters.
