VIP ELITE ACCESS & LUNCHES
Doors to the event open at 9:00am. As a VIP, you will have a special VIP door that will grant you first access to the ballroom. After this door is open all other registrant doors will open allowing others to find seats in the ballroom. If you would like seats close to the stage, we recommend you get in line early.
As a VIP Elite, you will be provided with two special lunches:
1. The Founder's Lunch on Thursday, October 19th. This will be a special lunch for the VIP Elites only (no guests) with the Growth Co-Founders.
2. The VIP Lunch on Friday, October 20th. You and your guest(s) will have an opportunity for Q&A with the Growth Co-Founders and/or Speakers.
LIVE SMALL GROUP COACHING
Day 2, Friday, October 20th from 7:00am - 8:30am. Coaching will begin at promptly 7:00am. Breakfast will be provided. Remember this breakfast is for the main ticket holder only. You will also receive priority access to the ballroom since the session will run to 8:30am. You will be allowed to save a seat for your guest who will enter from the VIP door.
AIRPORT
We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) as it is approximately twelve (12) miles from the event.
The Arizona Grand does not have an airport shuttle, so please plan transportation accordingly.
BREAKS & MEALS
Remember to bring snacks and beverages each day of our event as we will have limited breaks.
Meals (other than the VIP Lunch) will be on your own so that you can take a break, check email, call home, or arrange your own networking meals with fellow participants.
The hotel has an on-site restaurant and snack stand, and there are 2 amazing restaurants, Aunt Chilada's and Rustler's Rooste (Be sure to take the slide into the dining area), within walking distance or hotel shuttle.
ON-SITE FOOD OPTIONS
The cafe in the conference center on the 2nd level will be open for beverages, snacks, and breakfast/lunch items.

Lunch Combo - Choice of Hamburger/Cheeseburger, Veggie Burger, or Grilled Chicken sandwich with bag of chips and bottled water or soda. $15++

Lobby Grill will be offering Breakfast and Lunch buffets and a la carte menus.
Marketplace Cafe in the Resort Lobby will also be open and offering Starbuck's Coffee Drinks.
PARKING & LOCATION INFO
Parking lots run the length of Arizona Grand Parkway from the roundabout all the way to the Resort Lobby.
All parking during the event is FREE!
The event will be held in the Arizona Grand Ballroom (the light purple building), north of the resort lobby.
DRESS & ATTIRE
Just remember, ballrooms like this are notoriously chilly, so please dress accordingly.

Wednesday, Oct. 18th.
6pm-9pm
This is an opportunity for you to network with other attendees and enjoy the Phoenix weather. This event will be a cash bar.
