He has also had the opportunity to work with such companies as Southwest Airlines, Nike, Verizon and Chick-Fil-A, assisting them in establishing purpose driven cultures that engage employees and service customers to drive profitability and brand awareness.

Donavon admits to be a SciFi geek and lover of music, cooking and the arts. He enjoys distance running and spending time in the outdoors. He and his wife Anjie have 6 kids, 2 dogs and live in Chandler, AZ with dreams of one day living in Scotland!
