When asked about his “coaching style” Dave responded with this: Reach your hand up in the air as high as it will go. Now reach it just a little higher. Did your hand move? Most likely, yes. Even though you initially reached as high as you thought, you could actually go even higher. That’s coaching with Dave: taking your life to higher levels than you initially thought you could, and living a life that is “unleashed”.

Dave’s has worked in the Personal Development field as a therapist and coach over 25 years. He has consulted with United Airlines, E3, and a variety of other large and small businesses and management teams, developing programs for greater productivity, stronger group cohesion, and increasing Emotional Intelligence.

Additional Accomplishments

Dave currently serves on an advisory board for Child Hug Uganda and is the spokesperson and a consultant for the public service campaign StandUP Colorado.

When not helping others unleash their potential, Dave can be found rather backpacking in the Colorado Rockies, sunning himself in some tropical paradise with a good book, or doing what he truly loves the most: hanging out with his four kids being “dad”.
