Growth Coach Application Instructions

Hello CHPC,

Growth is hiring...

If you are interested in applying for a position as a High Performance Coach at Growth, please read the following carefully and provide all the necessary information:

1. Date first certified.

2. Number of hours coached since you were certified.

3. Number of paid coaching hours.

4. Your bio - no more than 300 words.

5. A video of no more than 5 minutes sharing why you feel you would be a good addition to the team.

6. A recording of a High Performance Coaching Session delivered within the past month.

7. Subject of your email should read: Growth Coach Application – (your last name).

Please email all of the above to [email protected] no later than midnight Arizona Time (MST) on October 13th, 2017.

Some of you have previously expressed interest in joining the Growth team and have provided us with some of your details. If you still wish to be considered, please follow the entire application process as outlined above. 

Once we have a short-list of candidates, I will host a call to provide more information about the position, the requirements and expectations etc. From there we will begin phone interviews.

Please DO NOT follow-up with your application. If you are selected to the short-list we will notify you personally by November 30, 2017.
