In October of 2000, at the age of 29, Charly Caldwell II “semi-retired” by selling an Internet Service business he and his wife created over the previous 5 years.   

As awesome as that sounds, the business took a huge toll on him personally - he had major health issues, put on 80 lbs in those 5 years AND had damaged the very relationships that were very important to him - simply because he let the business run his life.

After his very own struggle of 13 years, he found High Performance Academy in 2012 - lost the weight (keeping it off) - became a Certified High Performance Coach™ so could help others be their very best in life and business - living purposefully, passionately, productivity, and positively!
